£60,000 – £80,000 Base + Strong Package and Commission Structure

This dynamic Commercial Real Estate Company are currently recruiting a Development Manager to join their expanding London team. Looking to capitalise on their existing mixed-use assets and work on new projects with a large pipeline building for 2018. The successful candidate will ideally come from a London Developer and have exposure to development projects having worked within development and asset management teams on previous schemes. Some prior regeneration experience would also be preferable.

My client possesses one of the strongest track records in delivering town & city centre mixed-use led regeneration in the UK and has well over £2 billion worth of assets under management.

The successful candidate will be RICS Qualified with at least 3/4+ years PQE. The successful candidate will also gain full exposure to new/exciting projects in the UK with some of the world’s leading investors.
