Beach Baker is delighted to be working a professional Facilities Management provider in their search for an experienced Facilities/Maintenance Manager for a new instruction in Kent.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in sub-contractor management with a ‘hands on’ approach to maintenance. You will be responsible for a mixed used estate including residential housing and a large hospital. We are ideally seeking a candidate with strong budget management experience and excellent stakeholder management skills.
