Life-Cycle Project Manager – Client Side – Contract

Beach Baker are excited to be working exclusively with a large maintenance company who are seeking a home based Project Manager. The role is to undertake a full life-cycle audit on 20 projects across the UK.

You will be producing (from scratch) a 1, 3 and 5-year PFI lifecycle plan – supported by full condition/asset reports/costings etc. – and then look at the end point of the projects and work back to current day and build in a list of requirements to lifecycle plans.

You can work from home, but expect travel to sites across the UK when required. There are several offices you can be based from around the UK if you do not wish to work from home.

You will be liaising with the FM team, Engineers and senior management in order to set the plans in place, and submit the condition reports of varying level of importance.

The ideal candidate will be able to self-motivate and be able to work without monitoring.

You must be able to demonstrate previous experience producing lifecycle plans.

Contract length is expected to be 12 months. Rate is negotiable dependant on experience.
