£37,000 – £45,000 – depending on level and experience plus bonus plus full benefits package
Beach Baker is pleased to be assisting this mid-sized firm to attract an additional Leasehold Enfranchisement surveyor to join this highly successful and well-known team in this professional advisory function.
Due to a continued increase in leasehold enfranchisement instructions, the firm is looking to expand this friendly, busy team. You will work on a range of freehold and leasehold purchases, providing professional advice.
As part of a proactive and friendly team, you will provide professional advice to a range of the firm’s clients, which will include both landlords and tenants and will comprise individuals applicants, management companies, housing associations, private and public companies.
As you would expect in this position, you will be required to undertake detailed inspections of flats and houses to provide valuations for enfranchisement purposes.
Candidates can either be MRICS qualified with a proven experience in leasehold enfranchisement or my client is happy to consider individuals who have experience but are not wishing to qualify.
