A well respected and renowned Commercial Property Consultancy are currently recruiting a Senior Lease Consultancy Surveyor to join their expanding London team. Great opportunity to progress your career within an established commercial environment!
My client is a specialist team providing an expert lease advisory service to landlords and tenants, in both the public and private sectors. This role will focus on providing lease renewal and related advice on office, industrial and some retail property throughout London and SE markets. This role is a highly strategic position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in general commercial work across London and the South East
- Providing a full Lease Consultancy service to public and private sector clients
- Working in tandem with the agency teams
- Actively involved in business development and maintaining existing client relationships
The successful candidate will ideally be RICS Qualified and have experience within the Lease Consultancy market. Excellent communication and client interfacing skills are also required.
