Associate Surveyor, Lease Consultancy, London

£55,000 – £65,000 salary + Package

A well respected and renowned Commercial Property Consultancy are currently recruiting an Associate within their Lease Consultancy team to deliver profitable fee income for the business. This role will suit a new business generator that has an ability to enhance performance through growth and profitability.

Working closely with the Office and Industrial Agency and Investment teams the successful candidate will be expected to build up the lease consultancy work in London and the South East.

Job Responsibilities:

• Improve the business’ Lease Consultancy capability to clients
• Providing a full Lease Consultancy service to both public and private sector clients
• Working in tandem with the agency teams and develop a strong network of relationships across the business
• Undertake business planning activities in line with the company’s aims
• Bill regularly and actively manage fee negotiations

The successful candidate will be RICS Qualified and have extensive lease consultancy experience and a demonstrable record of delivery in the UK Real Estate market, ideally in the South East.
