Surveyor/Senior Surveyor: Landlord & Tenant London

£38,000 – £45,000 + Company car / allowance + full benefits package

Beach Baker is pleased to be working with this well-regarded private practice to assist in the growth of its Lease Advisory team by recruiting an additional surveyor to provide Landlord and Tenant advice in the commercial sector.

Your role within lease consultancy will be to provide the full range of landlord and tenant advisory services to include lease renewals, rent reviews and lease re-gears and handle a range of leasehold matters on the behalf of landlords and tenants.

The work will be focussed on the commercial sector and you will have the opportunity to work closely with a number of the long-standing clients of the business. This is however an expansion position and the individual will have the opportunity to help the Director grow the team and business.

You will be a strong team player as this is a friendly, energetic and successful firm and you will be an integral part of its continued success and work closely with other departments, in particular the agency team.

Candidates must be MRICS and be able to exhibit relevant experience within a current lease consultancy role/expertise. You will have good Landlord & Tenant Knowledge combined with an understanding of Valuation and Rating.

You will work within a strong, highly talented team and this role will ideally suit a qualified surveyor looking for an opportunity within the professional market.
