£40,000 to £45,000 plus Car Allowance + Excellent Bonus and Full Benefits Package
A leading private practice firm in the West End has asked Beach Baker to help it to expand its highly successful, and very busy, leasing team.
The firm is looking for lease advisory surveyor to work on a range of London and UK locations, providing leasing advice across the commercial business space sector.
Your role will be focussed on undertaking rent reviews, lease renewals, lease restructures and s18 valuation and will often be dealing with large central London offices buildings.
You will work with a highly experienced Partner who will provide you with ongoing career development, alongside a friendly and experienced team.
