Lease Advisory Surveyor, W1, Salary dependent on experience

An established multi- disciplinary private practice is seeking a Lease Advisory Specialist to join the reputable team based out of the W1 offices to act on behalf of both landlords and occupiers nationwide.

Joining a team of 6 the Lease Advisory Surveyor will focus on the retail sector (this will include A3).

As the Lease Advisory Surveyor you WILL be:-

• Undertaking site inspections
• Negotiating with occupiers and landlords (this will involve dealing direct as well as against represented parties)
• Building a long- term network (both investors & Retail/ Leisure occupiers)
• Carrying out rent reviews/ lease renewals/ re- gears/ assignments/ expert witness reports

In order to be considered you WILL:-

• Be MRICS Qualified
• Have a proven track record in lease negotiations (retail desirable not essential)
• Hold a driving licence
