My client is looking to attract an experienced landlord and tenant, MRICS qualified surveyor to join its talented team in London.
You will handle a range of lease advisory matters, providing landlord and tenant advice for a broad array of retail, leisure and commercial clients. This will include providing professional advice on rent reviews and lease renewals. The client has a broad spectrum of clients and you will have the opportunity to work across a range of retail, leisure and commercial assets.
The firm prides itself on the professional advice and bespoke client services it offers and the role will suit an individual who strives to work closely with his/her clients and ensure these long standing relationships are further cemented.
It is essential candidates are RICS qualified and have strong experience of operating within a private practice organisation.
