£40,000 – £50,000 salary + benefits package
This established Property Consultancy are currently recruiting a Lease Advisory Surveyor to join their well respected London team. Great opportunity to progress your career within a company that provides innovative ways to service their clients and deliver forward thinking solutions.
My client is a specialist team providing an expert lease advisory service to landlords and tenants, in both the public and private sectors. Working closely with landlords and tenants, you will be expected to develop creative solutions for lease negotiation strategy that produces results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in general Lease advisory work mainly in central London.
- Working in tandem with the Partners in the lease advisory team who are currently working on high profile cases.
- Acting predominantly on behalf of landlords.
- Attending site inspections and negotiation meetings.
The successful candidate will ideally be RICS Qualified and the position would suit someone that is at the start of their career, and are looking to specialise in lease advisory work, building their own case load.
