An interesting opportunity working in an entrepreneurial team in Bristol, has arisen, with a remit of providing Investment advice in the South West and across the UK.

As an Investment agent, you will have the autonomy to win business and provide a first class Investment advisory service to a wide variety of Institutions and Property companies. You’ll be responsible for all Investment work including providing advice on; rental and capital values, yields, market analysis and trends. You will play an integral part of the commercial success of this firm, using sound commercial judgements to achieve this.

A fantastic opportunity for someone with post qualification experience, who is looking to widen their experience and work with some of the leading retail brands. The role will suit an MRICS Agent, with retail experience. Surveyors looking for a move into Investment will also be considered.
