Interim Estates Manager

Beach Baker is looking to secure an Interim Estates Manager for a medium termed project with a leading Property company.

This role will be assisting the Head of Property on a range of property matters with an initial focus on budgeting, setting and management of service charges. You will also have the opportunity to interact with diverse clients – some of whom are long-standing within the location. Other activities will include terms of schedule, management of small works and projects, etc.

You will be based at a large, diverse and hugely interesting location, which houses a range of leading organisations, from entrepreneurial start-up firms to highly advanced technology businesses. Therefore, the assets are utilised in a range of ways, which makes the management of the portfolio exciting and interesting and also leads to the service charge requirements differing by occupant.

You will also be a main point of contact for the on-site tenants and therefore, whilst this is an interim role, you will feel able to fully immerse yourself in the portfolio.

Candidates should have a good working knowledge of leases and the Landlord & Tenant Act to enable service charges to be applied through leasehold laws and have strong numeracy skills.

Candidates will be MRICS with service charge experience.
