Beach Baker are pleased to have been instructed to recruit an interim Property Manager, on behalf of a utility company in Gloucestershire. This is will be a challenging role and certainly an exciting time to join a business to help deliver its ambitious plans, over the next few years.
These plans have resulted in the need for initially, an interim Property Manager, to work directly with the Head of Property, on a range of diverse projects, whilst working with internal and external stake holders. The role will focus on an extensive Land and Property portfolio/interests, together with making recommendations and implementing a wide range of real estate activities.
Much of the role will involve the estate management matters on a diverse estate, managing lease events and assisting with land and property transactions, including; acquisitions and disposals.
On offer is day rate commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
