The role is based within their Industrial team, made up of over 100 sector specialists on a national basis, who offer advice across the industrial, distribution and logistics property market. From the Bristol office, you will be responsible for the lettings and acquisition of industrial property and land within the South West, dealing with viewings and negotiating heads of terms.
You will be joining an established team, working with a variety of; Investors, Corporates and Landlords.
It is anticipated the successful candidate will be MRICS, with demonstrable experience of disposing and acquiring of industrial assets within the South West.
