As the Healthcare sector continues to be a leading area of growth and investment within the UK, my client is seeking to attract an experienced valuation surveyor to join its friendly and successful team.
Along with the PRS sector, the healthcare sector continues to be a key area of interest to institutional investors. Our client offers professional advice across a range of matters, including investment, development and lease advisory and all these service lines are supported by a strong valuation team.
Working for a range of clients – from private investors to banks and some of the largest institutions – this leading private practice offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of healthcare sites and providers across the UK.
You will be required to prepare trading valuation reports and my client is keen to meet candidates who have experience of valuing trading assets. It is not essential that candidates have healthcare experience and valuation surveyors from other sectors, including leisure, bar, restaurants or self-storage would all be welcomed.
