An international multi-disciplinary property consultancy is seeking a Healthcare Valuation Director to lead the niche Valuation team based in the W1 offices.
My client acts for a number of leading care operators and is on numerous bank panels as Healthcare specialists.
As the Healthcare Valuation Director you will be responsible for valuing Healthcare properties for a range of clients. The Healthcare sector spans across care homes, dental surgeries, children nurseries, private hospitals and healthcare developments whether it be a portfolio or an asset by asset basis.
The Healthcare Valuation Director WILL:-
- Have an existing network in the healthcare sector
- Be MRICS Qualified and a Registered Valuer
