Beach Baker are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded consultancy in Birmingham to become the Head of Valuation for the region with scope in the near future to become Head of Office. This company established twenty-year’s ago, have five offices across the UK employing 250 staff. They have an exciting business plan to develop their valuation services and see the West Midlands as the next key region for their growth.
Assets in the region are primarily commercial and lending purposes with some tertiary lending. The consultancy is on all the major bank panels, including RBS and NatWest, and the role will involve providing valuations in accordance with the lender.
Commercial valuation experience is essential and experience within other sectors within General Practice is advantageous to suit the scope of the Head of Office role.
