Head of Team – Associate/Director – Commercial Valuation

Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed by a Real Estate firm, to recruit a Senior Valuer based on the South Coast.

The successful candidate will take up the role as Head of Team, whilst managing a varied client base and winning new business for the team/identifying cross-selling opportunities in the process. Your focus of the role will be on Commercial Valuation work, completing reports and working with clients from; High Street Banks to Local Authorities and some consultancy work.

Based in Hampshire, you’ll also work across the region to South Somerset and East Sussex, pitching for and winning new instructions for the team and working with the wider office.

It is anticipated the successful candidate will have demonstrable commercial valuation experience, as well as experience of managing a team and winning new work.

On offer is a remuneration package, commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
