A unique proposition working initially as a Salaried Partner and Head of Property Management, you will manage a portfolio of 55 current assets, mainly in the commercial office space. It is expected that as part of any move, the successful candidate will bring work with them to add to the current property portfolio.
It is fully expected that the successful candidate will move from salaried to Equity partnership swiftly and after initial probation period.
This organisation is growing and is currently re-structuring to provide a solid framework to grow significantly but efficiently in the coming years. As part of that growth, every team would be expected to grow and fee incomes increased so there will be the element of business development associated with the role. There are currently 3 partners all from Top 10 surveying firms and very driven on providing market leading solutions to their clients in the East Midlands.
