Head of Estates
My client is a leading leasehold management business with an established structure set up to deliver first class services for the customer experience and with regards to development take on. We are instructed to assist with sourcing a Head of Estates to lead all line management functions ensuring compliance and that business expectations are met.
In confidence, I would be keen to hear from experienced Regional Managers and Directors of smaller businesses working in this sector seeking a step up, or a candidate with a wider property expertise who is preferably MIRPM, AssocRICS or MRICS who has a track record of managing residential and mixed use developments with first class communication skills.
Naturally, you will be fully conversant with income and expenditure in its regulatory setting, customer relationship management and possess strong technical and legal knowledge. You will also be skilled in supportive staff management helping them meet their personal objectives and resolving any issues that may arise.
Experience with ARMA-Q compliance, a confident and personable manner, client facing and a natural business development style are all sought qualities.
