The successful candidate will be the lead surveyor and single point of contact for building surveying services in the office offering a mixture of professional and project based instructions for their existing client base including developers, housing associations, house builders and other private clients. The role will provide a lot of working autonomy and fantastic career progression opportunities as the department grows.
My client is looking for an established MRICS Associate or Senior Surveyor who can bring business with them or has the contacts to develop future fee income. Candidates will need to have drive to make a difference and develop the department moving forward.
