An established and successful property consultancy has retained Beach Baker to source a Chartered Building Surveyor in their office based in Worcestershire. This company, established over 10-years ago, pride themselves on their ‘family feel’ working atmosphere and non-corporate environment.
The successful candidate will be the lead surveyor for building consultancy services in the office offering a mixture of professional and project based instructions from their existing client base including banks, solicitors, developers, house builders and other private clients. This practice only specialises on the Worcestershire market meaning they have a lot of established relationships which provides repeat business.
The role will provide a lot of working autonomy and fantastic career progression opportunities as the department grows.
My client is looking for an established MRICS Associate or Senior Surveyor who can bring business with them or has the contacts to develop future fee income. Candidates will need to have drive to make a difference and develop the department moving forward.
