A leading consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker with a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Building Surveying to join their very busy Leeds office.
The company has exciting plans to maintain and grow their building surveying services across the UK, and they see Yorkshire as a key region for growth, and are looking for a dynamic individual to join and run the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading one of the most successful and established Building Surveying teams in Yorkshire which has an established client-base in the Education, Commercial, Retail and Infrastructure sectors.
My client is looking for a high-calibre individual who is currently at Associate or Senior Associate Director level with a successful track record of maintaining and developing business. Ideally you will already be working for a competing firm and have a proven track record in the market.
