A leading national consultancy have recently instructed Beach Baker with a fantastic opportunity for a senior level Building Surveyor to join their growing and highly successful Birmingham office.

The company have an exciting business plan to development their building consultancy services across the UK, and they see the Midlands as a key region for growth, and are looking for a dynamic individual to join their busy team. You will be responsible for managing an existing building consultancy team which has instructions on professional work and multi-million-pound projects with some major framework clients in the private sector.

The ideal candidate will already be an established Director or Associate with team management experience and a successful track record of generating new business in the West Midlands. Ideally you will already be working for a competing firm and can bring business with or have contacts to develop future fee income.
