Head of Acquisition

An outstanding opportunity for a Head of Acquisitions to join a team at the start of an aggressive growth phase. Managing a team of 3 and reporting to COO/CEO and as part of the management team, you will be tasked with at least doubling their current asset numbers over the next 5 years.

With assets in excess of 1000 at the moment and with a projected market of at least 10 times that, this role is absolutely critical in the success of the business and will be rewarded as such. You will deal with land and fixed property through freehold and leasehold and commercial, retail and residential. It will be both in town and out of town and UK wide.

You must consider yourself a proven networker, a true salesperson and be driven with not only your own but also your teams success. It is not essential to be MRICS qualified but you must have demonstrable and quantifiable property acquisition experience, probably in an organisation with multiple hundred assets under management.
