Graduate Surveyor – Wiltshire

Beach Baker are pleased to have been instructed to recruit a Graduate Surveyor, on behalf of a well-respected firm in Wiltshire. The firm offer a wide range of Commercial and Residential services to its client base, including; Agency, Building Consultancy and Property Management.

The role is based within the Property Management team and will involve the management of a wide range of asset types, dealing with inspections and landlords/tenants on a day to day basis. Although based in Wiltshire, you will manage assets across the South and South West, ensuring a wide-ranging workload day to day.

Reporting into a Partner, this role is ideally suited to a recent Property Graduate, given the variety of work and in-house support available. It is anticipated the successful candidate will have Property Management experience and, ideally, a RICS accredited degree.

On offer is full APC support and a remuneration package, commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
