Graduate Surveyor – Bristol

A leading and very well-respected independent property consultancy have instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Graduate Surveyor based in Bristol. This opportunity is for a candidate with a RICS accredited degree in property. The position will offer full APC support and have a wide and varied remit. This position comes with the potential for significant career progression with excellent support and guidance throughout the APC from a market leading niche firm and two MRICS partners.

The successful candidate will work with a range of clients including institutional investors, private equity, developers, landlords and occupiers. The role will work with the partners to advise on and implement strategies that maximise value from property assets across all sectors.

You will need to have the drive to deal with very different and sometimes complex property challenges which can mean working to a fixed time frame and ultimately have considerable consequences for clients meaning you will learn how to work at a high level quite quickly with support from the partners.

The firm encourages development and progression and supports its employees in providing an autonomous working environment, where an employee can manage their workload and push for growth once established in the role. You will need to be able to work as part of a small team and support the partners in all areas of General Practice surveying.

On offer is a salary and remuneration commensurate with the candidate’s experience.

This is a great opportunity for a switched on and ambitious Graduate Surveyor keen to learn strategic asset management techniques from two partners with over 25 years’ experience in the market. It is anticipated the successful candidate will have a 2:1 of higher RICS accredited degree with demonstrable ambitious outlook and focused personality to succeed.
