Beach Baker have been instructed to recruit a Graduate General Practice Surveyor to help deliver high level property advice to a range of clients. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to join an expanding multi-disciplinary firm based in Central Bristol. We are looking for someone who has a recently completed RICS accredited degree and can display the following characteristics:
* IT literate – particularly with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel (essential)
* A full driving licences
* A real team player, focussed on team success
* Excellent written communication skills (essential)
* Strong analytical skills (essential)
The role will involve:
* Assisting in the preparing valuation work, agency, landlord & tenant and commercial property management
* Bristol-based with travel.
