Beach Baker Property Recruitment are delighted to be working with a long established leading construction consultancy to recruit a Graduate Quantity Surveyor for their Bristol office.

Located in an accessible Bristol location, and sector strength in retail, distribution and leisure sectors in particular, we are keen to hear from RICS accredited Graduate Quantity Surveyors looking for a stimulating professional environment.

Working on projects within these sectors with values between £500,000 and £30m, you will receive full support to complete your APC to obtain MRICS status where our client’s track record of supporting Graduates with a structured programme is strong.

Graduates with some relevant cost consultancy experience are sought, with some exposure to working with NEC and JCT forms of contract.
