Graduate Property Manager – Swindon

Beach Baker are delighted to be recruiting for a professional property consultancy that works out of London and the South West. They are a medium sized practice that offer the highest quality of service to their clients.

This opportunity will be great for a Graduate or an individual that wants to progress to RICS level without having to change between companies. All training will be provided to support you to this level.

Day to day duties will involve managing a diverse range of commercial properties as well as a handful of residential properties. Previous experience in either of these sectors is desirable but not essential. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn however is essential as is good communication skills.

The successful candidate will receive between £18,000 – £22,000, depending on experience, and full APC support.
