A well-known property consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker with a fantastic opportunity to recruit a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their team in Leeds.
The successful candidate will play a key role within this busy organisation. They operate across sectors including Commercial, Mixed Use, Hotels, Industrial, Sport and Leisure, Education and Residential. We are seeing candidates who have a building surveying degree with a minimum of a 2:1 achieved.
Having previous placement experience is advantageous but not essential. You will be part of great team in Leeds that support your development and will aid you to become chartered. The team provides the full range of Building Surveying services, from surveys of a single asset to portfolios, dilapidations, project monitoring, management and contract administration, insurance RCAs, design and specification writing for internal and external projects, PMPs, party wall, principle designer, measured surveys and schedules of condition and BREAAM related instructions.
