Graduate Building Surveyor – APC support – Swindon

A highly respected commercial consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit an APC Building Surveyor within their growing offices in Swindon.

The successful candidate will play a key role within this busy organisation. Your workload will be interesting and diverse, and will involve working with an established client base including owner occupiers, tenants, investment funds and developers. As part of your training, you will be given practical experience in dilapidations, Schedule of Condition, party walls, project management and CAD work plus other core building surveying services.

As part of this continued success, either a part-qualified candidate with a least 12-months APC experience or a surveyor approaching qualification is now required to help service the work load and help identify and exploit further areas of growth. Ideally, the role would suit an ambitious individual, who is motivated and keen to progress.
