Beach Baker is currently working with a multi-disciplinary commercial property consultancy in the West End to recruit a Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor in its Building Consultancy team. The company is well established with offices throughout the UK and able to provide full APC support.
In this role, you will be working alongside an experienced team of Surveyors and assist with instructions including building surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters and project work for clients in a range of sectors. You will be required to produce professional client reports and present alongside colleagues in meetings.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying and preferably some previous consultancy experience, with excellent communication and organisational skills. They should also have strong IT skills in all MS Office applications.
