Beach Baker is delighted to have been instructed by a leading luxury retailer in their search for an experienced Facilities/Maintenance Manager. Based in the central London, you will be responsible for the International HQ and 5 retail sites. You will be accountable for delivering a total facilities management service to each site including contractor management, compliance and minor projects. Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, you will be expected to do some ‘hands on’ work. This role is heavily focused around contractor management, with many services being self-delivered.
The successful candidate with have previous experience of staff management with a passion for delivering a 5 star service. A hard services background would be ideal but a basic soft services understanding is also important. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role, as is the ability to keep calm under pressure and manage a variety of tasks at any one time.
