Facilities Portfolio Manager

My client, a leading technology company, is actively seeking a Facilities Portfolio Manager for a 3-month contract.

You will be responsible for delivering a total facilities management service to 3 sites across the UK. The successful candidate will come from a corporate, client side background and will have a proven ability in staff management. You will manage all FM service contracts, ensure compliance and adhere to the ISO standards in place.

You will be NEBOSH qualified and have an understanding of the ISO14001 EMS standards. Proven background in contract management and staff management is essential. Budget management, minor works and churn project experience is also important.

The successful candidate must be immediately available and hold a current driving licence.
