Facilities Manager

My client is a leading property management firm with a varied portfolio across the UK. Beach Baker is delighted to be assisting with their search for an experienced Facilities Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of commerial properties in the Berkshire and Hertfordshire region.

Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of facilities services, whilst acting as the first point of contact for tenant issue and ensuring H&S compliance.

You will take ownership for all contractor procurement and management. Working with the allocated surveyor, you will assist with the preparation and management of the service charge budgets for each site.

The successful candidate will have a proven multi-site, facilities management background, ideally having worked for a property management firm in the past. You will have strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both tenants and contractors. Previous budget management experience is essential, ideally with an understanding of service charge budgets.
