Facilities Manager

Beach Baker is delighted to have been instructed by a leading luxury retailer in their search for an experienced Facilities Manager. Based in the West End, you will be responsible for the International HQ and 3 retail sites. You will be accountable for delivering a total facilities management service to each site including contractor management, compliance and minor projects. Reporting to the Head of Risk, together you will look at strategic improvements to the service. This role is heavily focused around staff management, with many services being self-delivered.

The successful candidate with have previous experience of staff management with a passion for delivering a 5 star service. A soft services background would be ideal but a basic technical understanding is also important. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role, as is the ability to keep calm under pressure and manage a variety of tasks at any one time.
