Facilities Area Manager

Beach Baker is delighted to be working with an established Facilities Management service provider in their search for a Facilities Area Manager. Based in the Manchester area and covering a portfolio of commercial, multi tenanted sites in the North region, you will be responsible for ensuring contractual compliance and the delivery of a 5-star service.

Responsibilities

  • Checking on standards of services provided
  • Client liaison
  • H&S training
  • Risk Assessments
  • Compiling time sheets and rotas
  • Creating client quotes
  • Managing circa 25 staff
  • Developing on site client contacts

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working across multiple sites. You will have a proven background in total FM provision, with a focus on soft services.

Culturally we are seeking a confident candidate with the ability to building relationships quickly and strong staff management skills.

A driving licence is essential for this role.
