Beach Baker is currently working with an independent building and design company to recruit an Estimator / QS to its team. The company specialises in residential refurbishment and construction projects for HNWI clients, and is based in Mayfair.
The Estimator will be responsible for completing complex tenders for jobs at typical values of between £250k – £1m. They will work closely alongside the MD and Senior QS in the preparation of cost schedules and tender documents, and liaise with subcontractors and various other stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
The ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience in an Estimator position, preferably within the high-end residential sector.
