You will be working within an established Capital Projects team delivering key strategic building projects and programmes within the capital portfolio, many of which are on listed and historic buildings.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing major building projects, more than £5m, from inception to completion. You will also have a building related degree (Surveying/Engineering/Architecture) and an active professional membership (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA).
