Based in Birmingham, this role is in the Occupier Management team and you will be the initial point of contact for the clients, landlords and suppliers with regards to site management, as well as holding responsibility for a significant part of their portfolio.
You should ideally be educated to degree level and have completed your MRICS accreditation, having shown competent management of commercial assets.
The successful candidate will receive £30,000 – £35,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits, depending on experience.
