Estate Manager – Senior Surveyor / Associate Director

Beach Baker are delighted to be recruiting for an international commercial property consultancy as they are looking to take on an Estates Surveyor at Associate Director / Senior Surveyor level to work on managing a portfolio of 150 grade-A offices in London.

Based in either Birmingham or London, day to day duties will involve L&T, transactional and estate management work with the public sector client. You will be expected to spend up to two days a week in the Birmingham office.

Salary is up to £55,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits, dependant on experience and performance, with the opportunity to work for an internationally recognised brand.
