The company have an exciting business plan to development their project management consultancy services across the UK, and they see the Midlands as a key region for growth, and are looking for a dynamic individual to lead their busy team. The role will involve working closely with the building surveying team assisting investors, occupiers, lenders and developer clients on projects in the Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Residential sectors.
The ideal candidate will be an established Director with team management experience and a successful track record of generating new business in the West Midlands, however, strong candidates at the Associate level who are looking for their next career step will also be considered. Ideally you will already be working for a competing firm and can bring business with or have contacts to develop future fee income.
