£35,000 – £38,000 plus Bonus plus Full benefits package

Beach Baker has been asked to assist a leading specialist private practice to recruit a Surveyor to join its busy London team.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with your clients across a range of development schemes, providing development consultancy advice. You will work within a strong, highly talented team and be expected to undertake a range of activities which will include surveying, feasibility studies, appraisals, budgeting, etc. You will also be required to assist in the preparation of tenders and submissions for new instructions and commissions.

You will enjoy working with external teams in the delivery of schemes and being involved in some the largest developments in London currently being planned and undertaken.

This is a very interesting and varied role with a major private practice, based from its London office but you will be out of the office liaising with clients on a very regular basis.

Your role as Development Surveyor will be to ensure delivery of large complex development projects. These will include large infrastructure and regeneration schemes.

Candidates should be MRICS and my client is happy to consider candidates from a range of backgrounds as they are able to develop individuals in the role and the training you have received throughout your APC will be utilised in the tasks involved in this role.

Candidates will be strong communicators and able to present information in an accurate and timely manner.
