My client are currently recruiting a DM with residential experience along with a planning & development background to work within their specialist team. Backed by significant institutional capital this organisation is looking to build up new residential developments on recently acquired land and hence need a rounded DM to help them achieve this. Taking an active role in the development and acquisition process the successful candidate should possess development management experience of major strategic residential/mixed-use schemes through all stages from design inception through to delivery.

My client will look to partner landowners, local authorities, housing associations, the government and private developers – to fund the delivery of new affordable housing.

The successful candidate will be degree educated and ideally RICS accredited. Demonstrable experience and understanding within the affordable housing and shared ownership sectors would be beneficial.
