DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT/VALUATION SENIOR SURVEYOR TO ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR LONDON

£45,000 – £60,000 plus Car Allowance plus Bonus/Pension/Generous Holidays/Full Package

Beach Baker is assisting a niche private practice to recruit for a development consultant / valuation surveyor to assist in development and general practice advice to a large and committed client base.

This niche private practice will enable candidates to specialise in their sector and be quickly elevated within the firm. Working closely and directly with your clients, you will work with these clients’ very large and existing land and property portfolios and provide guidance and advice on how to maximise the assets through sale and development of land and build opportunities.

Candidates will be competent at valuing sites and taking these through the development appraisal process and managing the sale of assets.

This is an extremely well-established and successful firm which has had a large investment and is seeking to grow strongly over the next 12 – 18 months. Therefore, this opportunity offers the candidates the chance to play an important part in this growth and personally develop very quickly in the position within the firm.
