DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANCY SURVEYOR LONDON

Beach Baker is pleased to be working with this strong, mid-sized practice seeing to attract and additional development consultancy surveyor to join its talented team.
The role would suit either a qualified surveyor already within a development consultancy role or a valuation surveyor who is keen to take his/her existing skill sets and progress into a Development Consultancy position, which offers superb career opportunities.
Your focus will be to work closely with a range of clients which includes private developers, housing associations and Local Authorities and you will provide professional development consultancy advice for sites which include regeneration locations, with a focus on the North East of London and the Home Counties.
You will be responsible for advising clients on a range of re-development opportunities and you will also advise housing associations on acquisitions and disposals.
As part of this role, you will be required to undertake valuations of sites in order to provide development consultancy advice and strong report writing skills are a pre-requisite as you will provide development appraisal reports and viability analysis, etc.
