My client is currently an experienced CPO Surveyor to support the company in the delivery of land and property consultancy advice for the promotion and implementation of Compulsory Purchase Orders, Transport and Works Act Orders, Development Consent Orders or equivalent statutory instrument for regeneration and infrastructure schemes.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage and maintain good working relationships with existing clients and to seek to improve service delivery. The postholder will also be required to be self-motivated and prioritise and manage the competing demands of a high profile caseload.
Job Responsibilities:
- Undertake and deliver property advice in relation to professional surveying, valuation, compensation and property matters in relation to the delivery of the company’s consultancy service.
- Assist in the preparation of land and property strategies for major projects.
- Undertake day to day activities in relation landlord and tenant, land law and estate management matters.
The successful candidate will be RICS Qualified and a possess a minimum of 2/3 years PQE. A proven background and excellent understanding, practical knowledge of the property market and the promotion and delivery of major infrastructure and regeneration schemes.
