CPO SURVEYOR – TELECOMMUNICATIONS HAMPSHIRE / DORSET
My client is a large and hugely successful firm which has a strong team responsible for Compulsory Purchase Orders specifically around the telecommunications sector.
You will undertake a range of activities on the behalf of major operators, including negotiating with site providers (including compensation and terms); assessing and negotiating compensation claims; agreement of wayleaves and easements and formal valuations.
You will also work on the behalf of the site owners where you will again negotiate wayleaves and easements and negotiate to agree compensation.
This role is varied and you will be joining a friendly, forward thinking and productive team where you will be given autonomy over your region and supported by a strong internal network.
Candidates will be RICS qualified surveyors – perhaps from a rural background looking to transfer across to this exciting and buoyant sector or a commercial agent or valuation specialist looking to widen their experience and skills.
